From opening day until late August, the Grist Mill and Museum at Stony Brook will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Here's your opportunity to watch as corn is ground into cornmeal the old fashioned way: by water-powered grist mill.
See the mill in action, purchase stone ground organic (gluten free) cornmeal, explore the museum upstairs, watch weaving demonstrations on the barn loom, and explore the scenic footpaths beside Stony Brook.
