Beautiful place to rent every thing you could possibly need for your stay was provided. Very quiet and safe location privite access to beach. The property was very clean and well maaintained. The property manager Heather was very helpful with any questions I had. She provided great customer service. We enjoyed the restuarts we ate at Fannizzi's and the Lobster Pot.The food is excellent at both. We chose Provincetown to vaction at to go on the Dolphin whale watch cruise and yes we were able to see whales and we also saw seals at race point beach. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great vaction in provincetown cape cod MA. Very historic and unique town that everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. Will hopefully visit again in the future providing the wife will go again she had a great time there.

This was a perfect location close to Ptown and quiet enough to be away from it all. The beach was wonderful and we enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning as well as walking on the private beach. Very clean and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. Would definitely come back again.

We recently stayed at The Mermaid to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary for three nights. The property location was even more incredible than we could have asked for, with direct beach access, making it truly special. The property has wonderful little unique touches along with all your needed amenities. We didn't come with a car and found one wasn't needed as there were stores for groceries within walking distance, along with all the restaurants, bars, and shops right in town. I would highly recommend staying here to others and would love the opportunity to return in the future!
