Does our rental provide linens?

The initial listing will state whether or not linens are provided. However, if it is at all unclear, please don't hesitate to reach out to us in order to confirm prior to your arrival. See our linen vendors if you need to rent linens

If I need to rent linens, what linens are provided by the homeowner?

Homeowners will still provide mattress pads, blankets/comforters and pillows (not pillow cases). Please rent linens from the following vendors

I've never had to rent linens in the past, why here?

Cape Cod is a bustling destination during the peak vacation season, and the housecleaners and caretakers often have less than 6 hours to prepare properties for the next guests. Additionally, Cape Cod relies on a delicate water supply, and asking tenants to handle laundry before check-out would add to the strain. For these reasons, it's more practical to rent linens from a local service. You're also welcome to bring your own if that works better for you! This approach helps us maintain efficiency while protecting our environment.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

When do I check in and out?

Check in and Check out times are provided at the top of your lease agreement. Usually those times are 9:30am check out and 3:30pm check ins. To ensure we provide clean and comfortable properties for your stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation with check-in and check-out times. Please be sure not to arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time, unless otherwise noted on your lease. This helps us ensure everything is perfectly ready for your arrival. Be sure to check our events page if you have some extra time in the area. 

Can I leave my vehicle or items at the house before or after checking in/out?

The homeowner requests that access to the property should only occur during the times noted on the lease agreement. They may be going in and out of the property preparing for your time on Cape Cod or need the space for vendors such as cleaners, landscaping, waste removal, and other vendors needing access to the property for preparation. 

How do I access the property?

You will receive multiple correspondences to the email tied to the reservation leading up to your vacation. If you are not seeing anything in your inbox, please check your spam folder. We like to send reminders about renting linens if necessary, beach stickers and beach access, WiFi info. On the day of check in, you will recieve notifications from either email and/or text at around the check in time with access into the property.

How do I request to rent the same property next year?

Please submit your information on this form. We will reach out to you once we have availability from the homeowner. 

What is your cancellation policy?

All rentals are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your lease, please notify your agent immediately. All cancellations must be in writing. Please note, even with written notice under the terms of your lease you are responsible for all rents due. If we are able to re-rent the property all rents may be refunded less a 20% (of the contracted rent amount) cancellation fee payable to AGENT. We will do our best to re-rent the property under the same terms as your lease to a new tenant however, we cannot guarantee re-rental and this is conditional with Landlord approval.
