Michelle helped us get up and running as a summer rental and really provides great, specific advice on everything from how many glasses you need to the best way of handling trash to finding a good housekeeper. She is very responsive and has helped us to avoid problems before they even occur. If something does go wrong, she’s right there with a solution. We just completed our third summer working with her and can’t recommend her enough!

  • We have been fortunate enough to rent a few lovely properties through Michelle over the years, but this was by far the nicest. It was large, gorgeous, comfortable and still very luxurious. But we really felt at home and that we were welcomed in as guests. The pool area, including the pool house, were second to none, and being within Oyster Harbors was truly special. The 2 weeks we spent were absolutely fantastic, and while we appreciate the fact that we were paying for the use of the house, we still felt so welcomed and privileged to have stayed in such a lovely house.
  • We rented for a week in Osterville through Michele and she was quite responsive to the issues that occurred during our week. All problems were minor and the property was better than described. Not only was she always available but she even followed up on whatever was needed.

Michelle was awesome! We had AC issues she responded immediately and all through my questions when booking she answered that day! Only complaint about house was all the beds creaked so if you didn’t lie still you would wake up your roommates or in our case little children. Thanku so much Michelle

  • Another enjoyable visit at this home. Everything went smoothly in the rental process. The home is in great condition....so well maintained furnished. And we enjoy the close access to the beach.
